Mumbai, October 2025: World Safety Organization, National office for India organized the 6th Annual Professional Development Symposium and the 4th Edition of World Safety Organization (WSO) India (State) Level Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Awards 2025 were triumphantly held at the prestigious the Lalit, Mumbai, Maharashtra on October 14, 2025. The event garnered widespread attention and acclaim for its significant contributions towards fostering a culture of occupational health Safety and environment and recognizing excellence in the realm of occupational health Safety and environment.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of our Special Guests, Shri. Ram Bhagirathibai Digambarrao Dahiphale, Additional Director, Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health, Govt.of Maharashtra, Shri. Vishal Sharma, Executive Director and CEO at Godrej Industries Limited (Chemicals), Maharashtra, Shri. Uwe Georg Fischer, Managing Director, ZAHORANSKY Moulds & Machines Pvt. Ltd Tamil Nadu and Mr. G.M.E.K. Raj, a distinguished guest and Director General (Retired), Directorate General Factory Advice Service and Labour Institutes (DGFASLI), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. The awards ceremony marked a remarkable milestone, as 143 winners out of 315 nominations were celebrated for their exceptional commitment to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
